I already searched this forum but I unfortunately didn't find anything about this topic.

I want to log which sites my users visited.
Is this possible to log every request from the users?

Yes, but not through m0n0wall. You'll need a logging server if you want to track where everyone is going, something which m0n0wall doesn't do. You can check what they are doing currently through the firewall states, but it's raw IP and port data which won't mean much.
