Hi

I am trying to use m0n0wall's RADIUS function to authenticate against a FreeRADIUS server but it doesn't work!

The problem seems to be that captive portal is sending authentication requests in CRYPT instead of clear form which FreeRADIUS cannot handle!

Anybody have any ideas/solutions to this Huh

thanks
Nick

Well, without trouble shooting your setup, FreeRADIUS does everything encrypted via the secret key I thought? Does the secret key match both your m0n0wall box and the client configuration of your FreeRADIUS server?

It's working now.
I had to setup PAP with ntlm_auth on the Authentication and Authorization section of the config file.

Thanks for the reply.
