After I got FreeRADIUS and vouchers to work, I now need to setup a transparent proxy to the WAN connection.

Since we use a proxy the idea is to setup a transparent proxy so users wont have to enter proxy settings themselves.

Is that a matter of building a linux/squid system ?

Can anyone suggest a way to do that? And what changes will that involve on M0n0wall's  web interface?

M0n0wall is not supposed to be a proxy server:

If you want proxy server try pfsense:
