Captive Portal

Can't find it in the search, but here is the problem.

I use the captive portal in my house and would like to link the mac address that a user uses when he logs in for the first time, to be linked to the account. So that the account can't be uses on another device. We want to do that because people are using the account together!

Is this function here, or does it need te be added?
