OK, I have all the Inbound NAT/Firewall Port Forwarding rules as needed for the server. Outbound traffic is wide open:

TCP Inbound:
27015
27030-27039

UDP Inbound:
1200
27000 - 27015
27020

Once the server starts up it will work fine if you specify the address of the server (the WAN IP) within the game. However, the server will not list within the "Internet Server List". If I use a different firewall, say a Linksys, the server lists just fine. For some reason there is something within the monowall that is not allowing the server (a NAT'd PC) to be seen by the listing servers from Steam. Any ideas out there?

monowall doesn't allow loopback connections and I read somewhere that could cause a problem with CS similar to the one you are having.
