hey folks,

my problem is that my compact-flash card boots very slowly (it takes about 5 hours to boot).
My setup is a Sandisk extreme III cf card with 1gb
A Via Epia EN12000G motherboard
A Travla c146 case
A Travla ide to cf card adpter
and one gb of ram
aswell as two intel pro 1000gt nics
(i didn't went deep in the bios settings so far just disabled plug and play os as it says in the documentation)

for now i'm booting from cd saving all my changes to a usb key oh yes by the way i'm using the 1.3b4 version of m0n0wall... so long flo

Turn off DMA mode for the card in BIOS.
