I would like to request multiple LAN IP address support. I am using M0n0 at an ISP as my router. It beats any cisco router for the same price. Anyway I'm using it to route public IP's (just turned on advanced outbound nat, assigned my "serial" /30 to the wan and the LAN block to the lan) and for now we're ok, but I'm concerned that if I request more IP allocations from my ISP that they will not be contiguous, and so I will end up with two separate subnets for my LAN interface. I am not able to find a way to do this thru the gui. I have used exec.php to create an alias IP on the LAN interface like this:

exec.php

ifconfig em0 inet xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx mask 255.255.255.xxx alias

Can this simple command be integrated into the GUI for advanced LAN requirements? Is there anything else that will be impacted by adding this alias IP to the LAN interface? (firewall, traffic shaper?)

Thanks, great job. I think m0n0wall is GREAT!  Smiley
