UPDATE Solved
I had switched from PPoA to PPoE. When I did that, the default MTU size was changed, but I had to lower it further to 1400 in order for it to work. Once I changed that, it seems all is well. Time will tell for sure...
This is a box that has been running for a while, I just disabled the DHCP service because I needed to pass additional DHCP options on to clients. Now it is blocking traffic it should allow??? examlple, rule to allow port 80 to internal host. Rule is there and inbound NAT rule is there. The log shows it allowing traffic to the internal host, but the traffic never gets back out??? I did a trace and it looks like the server is responding like it should, and I can get there OK inside the LAN. Help....

Forgot to mention, I also changed the WAN from DHCP to PPoE. That seems to be working as designed, though Just did not want to leave anything out.
