I have created a vmware image using the live CD version 1.11 however would like to upgrade to the latest version. How do I do this? Can't seem to get onto the console on the freeBSD box and can't seem to work out other options.

Doh..

Found the option under Firmware upgrade.  Was thinking it was actual firmware and not OS/app upgrade.
