 Machine 1 with IP 192.168.2.10 and MAC XX:XX:XX:XX:XX -> 60KB/s
 Machine 2 with IP 192.168.2.11 and MAC XX:XX:XX:XX:XX -> 100KB/s
 Machine 3 with IP 192.168.2.12 and MAC XX:XX:XX:XX:XX -> 250KB/s

I want to restrict concreteness IP with determinately speed.If there is an extra ordinary in web interface table in addition with IP address and the speed for restriction.I want this to be valued by for the each of the IP`s.

Example: IP | 192.168.2.10 | Speed in kbps or KB/s  | 500 | ADD EDIT REMOVE or DISABLE this rule.

Create a queue for each of your clients.
Calculate the appropriate weight  for each queue i.e.: what percent of the total bandwidth each host should have.
Make the appropriate rules to put each client in the correct queue.

And your done  Grin

You might want to add your primary language so people who do speak it can help you. Then you will have a translator.
