I have been running m0n0wall for four weeks, and keep getting irregularly spaced hard freezes (ie: twenty days uptime, one day uptime, etc.)

I have replaced memory modules twice, and changed hard drive, thinking they might be causing the problem.

Logs never indicate errors.  Could the network cards in the m0n0 box be causing it to freeze?

There is some issue in the OS version used in the 1.2 versions that causes these hard freezes for a few people. Try 1.3b5, it resolves that issue. If you're still seeing it with that, then it's time to look more closely at the hardware, but I wouldn't do that before trying 1.3.

Hi there! I have m0n0wall 1.3r15 and same problem, usually my m0n0wall freezes when I changing configuration with web GUI configuration tool. Simply m0n0wall stuck no ping, no host up, only hardware restart solve this problem. It looks like firewall work perfect when i do not touch web GUI?!

I tried to disable DHCP server, and seems it work a little bit better for a few days, but today, my m0n0wall stuck again! Is there any ideas? Is there any release that work more stable?
