I registered to the forum to vote on this one...

I still run version 1.21-ovpn1 built by Peter Allgeyer (oct. 2005) That's the version where the bridged ovpn gets its dhcp leases from dnsmasq. (Peter if you read this some time: thanks again)

I have a Hifn 7955 mini-pci card sitting idle in my Wrap, since AFAIK ssh has no support for it in BSD 4.x.
I was hoping a lot on m0n0 1.3 (w/ FreeBSD 6)

However.. To be true to m0n0wall's spirit, I think it should be a build on its own, maintained alongside the regular builds..

Hopefully, as the OpenVPN project has recently been resurrected, this might be reconsidered for the next version of Monowall. I have a requirement to support remote clients that might only have http/https public internet access, so SSL based VPN is the only easy option.

Thanks in advance,

Jason.

There seems to be several folks who would like to have OpenVPN added to m0n0wall.  How about you all post a bounty of $100 or whatever you can afford and see it that helps.  if everyone who would like to see OpenVPN added pitched in some cash,  I'm sure that would help.  if not, you've lost nothing.
