My girlfriends parents were complaining about the little sister screwing up their 512/128 DSL connection with P2P so i thought, it's time to set up a m0n0 box ! Grin
So i bought a neoware e100 on eBay. It's fitted with a via C3 800Mhz, 128MB of RAM and a 32MB disk on module chip sitting on a 44 pin IDE port.
To install m0n0 on it i transfered the generic PC image on an USB stick and booted from the USB stick. Then i used the procedure described here : http://www.ls-net.com/m0n0wall-watchguard/ to copy the m0n0 to the DOM. I just changed ad1 to ad0 (the DOM is ad0 in my case).
The box is running with a dual intel NIC and the onboard Realtek NIC, i'll give it a test run before delivering it to my girlfriends parents, or maybe i'll give them my old box  Grin Cheesy

I picked up the same model of Neoware client.  Could you elaborate on your process for copying the install to the 32mb dom?
