If you mean 1:1 NAT then yes.

If you mean subnet routing (to segmented networks) then yes.

And if you mean disabling NAT altogether, then the answer is also yes: just enable "advanced outbound NAT" but don't define any NAT rules. That will effectively disable NAT.
