generally 1.3b build on BSD 6.x did not same maturity of racoon under BSD 6x yet instead 1.23 based on BSD 4.11
racoon: INFO: received Vendor ID: CISCO-UNITY
racoon: WARNING: No ID match
after this event on 1.3b the connection lets to dismiss after a inactive duration
and does not open again, not so with 1.23 on BSD 4.11

I am seeting the same thing. Other then manually restarting the IPSEC service (clicking SAVE on the IPSEC tunnels tab) I am not sure how to fix it.
Anyone?
