Hi´´

I´m having a problem with my m0n0wall.
My LAN connections works OK with all my rules and NAT activated, no problem.
My OPT1 connection does not get a reply from a DNS server. How do I configure this Huh
I can use direct IP´s (64.233.167.99) in my browser on a machine on the OPT1 interface and it works fine, but not with a standard url, (e.g www.google.com) I have no reply !!!

Setup :
net4801 with m0n0wall 1.232
Fixed IP ISP on WAN interface, delivered by DHCP, 1 ext. IP
DNS Forward activated, with 2 DNS IP´s delivered from my ISP
Small network on LAN interface runing 192.168.1.0/24
Small "Guest" network on OPT1 interface runing 10.1.1.0/24

 DHCP on LAN is delivering to both LAN and OPT1 interfaces, works fine.
Tried to change the DNS IP info delivered on OPT1 to point at the same IP as for the LAN interface, nut no luck

DHCP settings for LAN interface :
192.168.1.0/24
range : 192.168.1.200 -> 192.168.1.250
Gateway : 192.168.1.1
DNS : 192.168.1.1

DHCP settings for OPT1 interface :
10.1.1.0/24
range : 10.1.1.2 -> 10.1.1.20
Gateway : 10.1.1.1
DNS : 10.1.1.1

Found the problem,  in OPT1 rules I did not have UDP access on port 53, only TCP........
Nice to have a log file....
