So basically, using RADIUS, I would forward Authentication to a box behind the firewall, yes?
Sorry to be dense here, I'm just delving into more advanced authentication methods.

just in theory:
Since the RSA Server can act as a Radius server as well, you can register your m0n0wall in RSA srv as a client and point it to use the RSA srv as a Radius server. Or not?

Exactly. I have done this with OpenBSD in the past. It is as simple as that.
