I'm trying to setup one of my computers on opt1 so that it can access the internet and tranfer files over lan as well. I have so far been able to ping the computer on opt 1 from my computer, but I cannot ping other computers from the opt1 computer.

Opt1 is on its own subnet and the DHCP server is enabled.
I have no firewall running on either computers.
I am using a crossover cable on the opt1 connection.

I have made the following firewall rules:

WAN  -  * | WAN address | * | Opt1 net | * | Opt1

LAN   -  * | LAN net  | * | * | *

OPT1 -  * | Opt1 net | * | LAN net | *
             * | Opt1 net | * | WAN address | *

I'm somewhat new to this, so I could be making a simple mistake. If anyone has any idea on what the problem might be please let me know. thanks!
