I am trying to figure out if this is possible. We have created a VPN server with works great, but out LAN subnet 192.168.1.X and we often have issues with conflicting subnets of our clients. We do not want them using the VPN as their default gateway. We are trying to avoid changing the IPs for the out networks subnet. I know we could change the subnet of our clients, but when they connect from a wifi hotspot, this would still be an issue.

I have 3 interfaces. Two WAN (cable modem and DSL, both with static IPs)and one LAN. When I connect to the VPN server, I connect using the cable modem connection. I thought it would be possible to create a new subnet for the VPN which would be 10.0.11.X.

With this new VPN subnet, my clients connect and can ping the VPN gateway, which is 10.0.11.252. What I am trying to accomplish is using NAT to point all 10.0.11.X IPs to IPs with the 19.168.1.X LAN network.

I know you can do something similar with NAT 1:1 with public IPs, but could you do this with the VPN's private IPs and the LAN. For example, if I ping 10.0.11.2, that would ping the 192.168.1.2 IP.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.
