Speedtouch USB modem support

So having looked at the mailing list archives and researched FreeBSD support, it seems there was once a modification of v1.11 to support a USB modem and there is a project for supporting them in FreeBSD. Any chance of current m0nowall getting support?
Currently use a Dlink DSL-300T ADSL modem, which worked fine on AOL when it can forward PPPoE frames and m0n0 can do the hard work, but on Tiscali there's no PPPoE support so the DSL-300T has to do more, and tends to crash under heavy load after a day or so.

So what protocol do you need for Tiscali?
I would be surprised if m0n0 doesn't support it.

PPPoA, tried using a D-Link DSL-300T ADSL Ethernet modem in bridged mode and PPPoE authentication on m0n0, but that doesn't seem to work. When I was on AOL, the PPPoE auth worked fine, but I don't think Tiscali support it. Am happy to post my logs of when I try it with Tiscali if that would help anyone.
