Hi,
Although not too detailed, I get the jist of what you are asking.  There are 2 places that govern the incoming traffic.  The NAT setup and the Rules.  Probably the most important thing to remember is with regard to the rules.  They are processed in order.  This means that the first rule that it processed that is true will be followed.  Therefore if you have a rule that blocks certain or all traffic above a rule that allows traffic, the first rule will be followed.  For your setup I would do the following.
Set up your PC with either a static IP address or with a DHCP reservation so that the IP address will stay the same.
Go to the NAT page and set up 3 incoming NAT rules (check the box to automatically create a rule)

Protocol TCP/UDP Port 49300 NAT IP <your IP Address> Local Port 49300
Protocol UDP        Port 4249   NAT IP <your IP Address> Local Port 4249
Protocol TCP         Port 4250   NAT IP <your IP Address> Local Port 4250

As long as you have checked the box at the bottom when creating these, it will automatically create the rules.  Goto the rules page and check where the rules are in the list.  They should be above any rule that would block access.

Hope this helps.

Success: I can see your service on xxx.xxx.2.201 on port (49300)
Your ISP is not blocking port 49300

Thank you very much, however I don't know the NAT creating a firewall rule automaticly. First I tried to make a rule from firewall > rules section doh.. It works now.
