Hi all,

I've actually been using pfSense for a while now, but the shaper doesn't seem to be able to do what I need.  Well, the new, experimental shaper should, but it's very broken right now.

What I would really like to be able to do is have multi-layered pipes or queues.  But I think there may be a way to accomplish what I want to do within m0no as it sits.  Running 1.3b10

1 - Master Pipes for full WAN (upload and download)
2. - Child pipes or queues with a hard limit of about 5mb down/1mb up that share the WAN pipes. Each of these child pipes or queues feed an access point.  I think the only way to ident the AP is by using a Network (10.5.00/16 = AP1 and 10.6.0.0/16 = AP2).
3. within each AP pipe I need to be able to do basic shaping for VoIP/HTTP/DNS/ACK/etc priorities and catchall for everything else at lower priority.

Does this make sense, and is this possible on m0n0wall?  And of course, what will my shaper config look like?

Aaron
