it's possible to authenticate a user vpn to MS Domain or LDAP Server?

You can use IAS for RADIUS authentication for PPTP.

Depends on your setup. If you setup your windows server to act as a routing and remote access server and then select redirect incoming pptp connections to that server, it will use windows active directory for authentication. That's just one way of doing it that I know of.

m0n0wall+freeradius+LDAP.

I'm using LDAP as the authentication server, and FreeRadius authenticates users against LDAP and m0n0wall uses freeradius for PPTP.

I believe my problem is with freeradius, as I'm able to perform a radtest on localhost, but not from the FQDN radius.mynetwork.lan which resolves to the local IP address of the freeradius server. How may I allow freeradius to authenticate on another IP other than 127.0.0.1
