Hi,
I'm currently setting up m0n0wall on a neoware EON 4000. I picked a few of these up for $15 each on ebay. These have onboard ethernet, 1* PCI slot and 2 USB ports. I'm going to run a Wlan card in the PCI slot and use one of the USB port for the second ethernet.
Other thin client units may be more suitable to your needs.
