So, 1.3b11 has been out for some time now.
Is 1.3 or 1.3b12 coming soon?
What is stopping progress?
What is the ciriteria for  the 1.3 release?
Is there a plan or are we just waiting for 1.3b11 to have been out for some time without major issues before declaring it final?

There is a To do/Wishlist, so I would expect to see items from it in future 1.3 betas before the final.
