It could be could if m0n0wall will support that man can setup one tunnel, but put a "network groups" on locally and remote network, so that it support one IKE and multiple IPSEC tunnels...
Example:
Locally end network:
10.103.4.0/24
10.203.4.0/24

Remote end network
192.168.165.0/24
10.205.4.0/24

To day i need to setup four tunnels to allow both network in both end to talk to gether.

Astaro and Cisco has this supported.

Groups for firewall rules are in the todo list already
It's one of the last important feature missing, but they'll probably release a new version soon, before 1.3 final I guess ...
