I seem to be having some trouble with DNSMasq in 1.3b12.  I updated my machine, and none of the DNS entries I had mapped seemed to work.  I ended up doing a factory reset, and it doesn't seem to have fixed the issue.  When I go to the system log file, I get this:

Jul 7 19:48:40    dnsmasq[125]: ISC dhcpd integration not available: set HAVE_ISC_READER in src/config.h
Jul 7 19:48:40    dnsmasq[125]: ISC dhcpd integration not available: set HAVE_ISC_READER in src/config.h
Jul 7 19:48:40    dnsmasq[125]: FAILED to start up
Jul 7 19:48:40    dnsmasq[125]: FAILED to start up

This shows up each time I try to stop/start dns forwarding.

You're right; I forgot to compile in that option. You'll have to either to back to 1.3b11 or wait for 1.3b13 (or disable the "Register DHCP leases in DNS forwarder" option) - sorry.
