Maybe I just missed it. Should be pretty easy I guess compared to the other functionality found in this software. Feels like something all routers/firewalls ought to have, or maybe its just me missing it (missing as in "I want the feature", or missing as in "I cant see it even though its there")?

Even both my older cheapest possible almost falling apart by themselves routers had this feature, even though none of them had any real firewall to speak of or rules to set (just NAT).

It would sure be nice to have, being able to block certain virus-sites or other nasty stuff....or for parents wanting to block porn or other unsuitable sites. Its nice to have it all handled in one place, affecting the whole LAN.

Thanks Smiley

EDIT: No we can not Sad
BUT, we can fix it easily I found Smiley
If you use the router to forward DNS (like a proxy-DNS or so I guess), then you can enter your own DNS-rules for the sites you want to block and just direct them to a webserver on your LAN, or just some private IP that doesn't exist.
In the same way you can also fix the problem that you cant use your WAN-address (or no-ip or dyndns alias) from the LAN but need to enter it in you hosts-file....now you dont need to, just enter it in the DNS on the router once and for all.

Sadly you need to enter two entries for sites, both with and without www, when wanting to "block" them.
