Firewall/NAT

I need to open a port 49300 for utorrent what do i need to do I tryed setting up a NAT rule on inbound

Protocol TCP/UDP Port 49300 NAT IP <your IP Address> Local Port 49300

but that did not work
 I hope my IP address is  192.168.1.199

[If Proto Ext. port range NAT IP Int. port range]

If             Proto     Ext. port range     NAT IP     Int. port range    
WAN            TCP        <yourport>         <IP>            <yourport>

I think you need to be sure you're what IP you need to forward to
Consider making an alias for that machine, that way you don't have to redo all your rules if it changes IP and such.
