Hello everyone

I have run monowall before on a old PC using the cd+floppy setup, but now i have got my hands on a soekris 4801 board and thought i should use it for running monowall. A coworker has installed it using the instructions from the homepage and and all was fine. Now i have taken the box home and plugged in my DSL modem on eth0 and my laptop on eth1, but the laptop does not receive any ip address. The eth0 port lights up green so i think my monowall get's an external ip, but for some reason it doesn't give the laptop an internal address, is it so that monowall på default isn't set up to work as an DHCP server for my LAN computers. Do i have to set an static ip(192.168.1.xxx) on my computers to access the net and monowall box?

if you have your PC connected directly to your m0n0wall you may need a cross-over cable or a switch between your m0n0wall and your PC.
