I just wanted to add to the list of supported hardware. We received an old InstaGate EX2 box from a customer, and it makes a wonderful m0n0wall box. Just pull the HD, dd the m0n0wall image to it, and go! 1.3b2 automatically uses the first serial port as the console. I also installed a Soekris lan1641 card in it, so it now has 6 interfaces. I just wish that m0n0wall could use the front panel LCD. It just sits there saying "Booting..."

Maybe somebody knows how to change the default message on the LCD?
