After long time of search here it seems that it isn't possible
to modify racoon.conf.

Default for "peers_identifier" is the external IP from remote side.
In my case it must be changed to another IP.
Is there a way to do this? Any other proposals?

... NO the customer on remote side couldn't change his identifier.

PLEASE help, this is urgent!
