Firewall/NAT

We have a new monowall on soekris installed with our colocated systems.
VPN's work fine, NAT from the interfaceaddress (WAN) works ok but;
NAT does not fuction as expected for the extra adresses on the outside, wether we configure servernat+inbound or 1:1 .

We see the packets coming in (so arp seems ok) but no packets are leaving; we made sure that the server responds (we can use them through the VPN's & we checked with wireshark). Some rule seems to block the outgoing packets but we can't find them.
What are we missing?
