Can someone give me an explanation of the "DESTINATION: LAN SUBNET" when building rules.  My internal IP's are 192.168.99.0 to 99.250

Does Destination LAN SUBNET mean that if I allow port 80 HTTP to Destination: LAN SUBNET that it will allow HTTP traffic to all IP's 99.0 to 99.250?

I am trying to simplify my rule setup and instead of having one rule per IP (like allow HTTP to 192.168.99.100, allow HTTP to 192.168.99.101, allow HTTP to 192.168.99.102), switch to "allow HTTP to 192.168.99.0 to 192.168.99.250"

THANKS
