Not as far as I know. I am working with a DesktopBSD under VMware Player.  http://easyvmx.com helps you to create the virtual machine.

You can use the vmde under qemu. http://chrisbuechler.com/m0n0wall/downloads/vmde-0.2.rar  The filesystem m0n0wall uses can not be read in linux.
