I'd like to use m0n0wall but I couldn't because I need VLAN-tags on the WAN-interface for VDSL (it's needed with every VDSL-provider in Germany). Is WAN-VLAN-tagging planned for a future release?

It´s already inside, but not especially for WAN.
Just create a VLAN-Interface on your WAN-Interface and assign this to WAN in your configuration.
