Problems passing a user's VPN connection through monowall

We have a monowall 1.3B15 serving our site, and one of our residents uses Cisco VPN Client version 5.0.03.0530 to connect to her corporate office. When connecting on a subnet outside the monowall, she has no problems. When she is placed behind the monowall, her connection to the VPN drops after 10-15 minutes.
Are there any settings on the monowall that might affect this behavior?
Just to clarify, we are not currently using any of the VPN features of monowall, we are just passing a user's VPN client session through it.
Thanks,
Jeff

Is the cisco vpn client running tcp encap? or does it run over UDP, you can see this in the profiles.
