I'm looking to block a set of ports and IPs on a schedule. I've looked through the options and don't see a way to do this. If I can't do this via m0n0wall is there a program out there for FreeBSD that would work with m0n0wall to do this?

At present you cannot do this with Monowall. It is on the
wishlist
for the beta version though.
