Shuttle K45 onboard Ethernet Marvell 88E8056

I want to use the Shuttle K45 as a M0n0wall system. The current or the new Freebsd version 6.x of M0n0wall does not recognize the Marvell 88E8056 on board Ethernet device. This is no doubt my fault as I did not research the Marvell before purchasing the K45. Can someone direct me to documentation that could outline the process of adding another network device to the current or Beta version of M0n0wall? If there isn't a doc maybe a very general outline of what the steps would be?
Thanks,
D. Rice

Head over to the development area of the site:

The Marvell 88E8056 driver is available for FreeBSD version 6.x. So, setup the M0n0wall development environment for FreeBSD 6.x then update FreeBSD with the new driver then test. Then make an image per the documentation and test some more. Anything else I should worry about?
Thanks,

Maybe document what you are doing and offer that to the developers for possible future inclusion.

Are the FreeBSD 6.x changes for M0n0wall available for download?
