Newbee here please be nice


I have a dedicated gateway of 97.86.x.x and 5 Static Ip address starting at 18 going through 22 and a subnet of 255.255.255.248 how do I configer the firewall to except these?

I go in and I click to detect nic card for lan and wan  How do I configure the Gatway and the Static Ips and the DNS Addresses?  Do I salect number 2 in the configuration and enter the gateway as the lan ip

Were do I enter the wan and the one defult gateway Ip that my ISP asigned me?

Second were to I enter the DNS numbers that my ISP gave me?

Assuming you have followed the "quickstart" and have assigned the LAN and WAN.  (this is not where you enter your ISP's info). 

Connect a computer to the LAN and on that computer continue with the rest of the guide "http://doc.m0n0.ch/quickstartpc/webgui.html#id11621989

Once you have successfully logged into the M0n0wall continue with the rest of the guide "http://doc.m0n0.ch/quickstartpc/webgui-general.html"  (This is where you enter your ISP's info).

Take your time and read the guide carefully...Good Luck!
