As of 1.3b13, changes (editing or removing) NAT with auto-generated firewall rules has no effect on the firewall rule, which requires a manual update. In my opinion, this is a major bug in the functionality of the GUI. At a minimum, until a change can be implemented, a warning should clearly (i.e. red text, bold) be put on the screen under the "apply changes" button that any firewall rules will have to be modified manually.

I was always under the understanding that checking that box only generated the rule and from that point on it was up to me to keep it current.  what gave you the impression it would do more than that?

Yeah, I've never noticed changing NAT rules auto-updated the generated rules.

It's easy to change the rules after editing NAT IMO, even for a beginner like me Smiley
