M0n0wall really is very impressive, but for pooling your internet access with your neighbours it would be lovely to have:

1) More USB Wifi support. There are very good reasons to have a long USB cable rather than RF cable to your antenna, and RT2500USB devices are hard to get. Seems they updated to RT2501USB and RT2501USB

2) Multiple WAN adapters

3) Load balancing/adapter/failover bonding of the WAN

4) Ability to make your single USB WiFi adapter both an AP and client at the same time, as separate interfaces. I saw Zeroshell can do something similar.

BSD 7 perhaps?
