Are you trying to get to this from inside the network?
If yes you need to give it try from outside so go to friends house steal some WIFi or use megaproxy.com
If your trying to make this work internally you need to make yourdomain.com resolve to the private IP of your server. M0N0 will not let outbound inbound connections "from the NAT page" "It is not possible to access NATed services using the WAN IP address from within LAN "

So inside ping yourdomain.com = 192.168.1.22
ping yourdomain.com outside your network = pub IP

But anyways your NAT and firewall rules look good.

This is what you wrote:

"My rules are in the wan: protocol: tcp  source:*  port:80  dest: 192.168.1.22  port: 80"

Your source port is 80, not * which would mean any.

We can see what you wrote, but not how it is configured. Check again.
