Hi

I tried to setup my LAN like this:

Internet --> Zyxel ADSL Router --> Monowall --> Switch --> PC's

- I changed the Zyxel Router to Bridged mode
- I changed the WAN Interface of the Monowall to PPPoE and typed in the ISP logininformation (same i was using in the router for now)
- The IPs i used:
  - ADSL Router: 192.168.1.1
  - Monowall LAN Interface: 192.168.1.55
  - Monowall WAN Interface: We get a fix IP from our ISP (214.x.x.x) but on the mono WAN Interface it says its up and running and connected with a 84.x.x.x IP (?!).

I can't ping 192.168.1.1 and i have no internet access. What did i do wrong?

Thanks in Advance

About not being to ping your modem, see:

About not getting your 214.x.x.x, but rather 84.x.x.x IP, what was your previous setup like? It could be you had a WAN IP of 84.x.x.x and your 214.x.x.x IP was on the router LAN or passed thru somehow.
