Firewall/NAT

Hello everyone!!!


I'm setting up a Monowall captive portal inside a College Network.

I've had some problems with the connection setup since the network architecture from the college has an internal proxy.

here is my diagram:

PC1-----|Router|-------|Monowall|------|College Network + Proxy|------|Internet|

Another detail would be that I have to change my browser configuration in order to access either the Internet or the firewall (set a direct connection to access the firewall or a proxy setting to access the Internet)

When trying to activate the captive portal while having the proxy setting on the browser, there is no redirection to the login page and when having the "direct connection" setting, the login page appears but there is no connection to the internet.

Has anyone ever had this kind of problem with their connection settings or is there a way to configure Monowall to use the internal proxy??
