Captive Portal

Overall I think the product is great but I have some ideas for Manuel to consider for the Cap Portal IP-Allow screens.

- permit an IP range for the destination
- instead of "From/To" which infers one element must be "any" can we provide from/to separate IP's. (I can see my IP phones having access to specific XML servers. Not sure they should have access to the entire internet.)
- Can we abstract the screen to group rules for commong things.
eg; I have 4 rules for Apple iTunes. It would be *fantastic* to have a list for "iTunes" and behind that label, hold the "x" rules that make up that service.
