I have an old COMPAQ E600 laptop and I want to use it as my router running m0n0, this laptop has got only one network adaptor built in, I want to ask if I can use another PCMCIA network card on this laptop to run m0n0? Thanks!

Try
http://www.freebsd.org
and search for your pcmcia card within the supported hardware section of the appropriate freeBSD version
