Is it possible to install Vmware Tools or Xenserver Tools in a m0n0 router?

Not without rebuilding the image, but regarding VMware Tools, see http://forum.m0n0.ch/index.php/topic,2687.0.html (bottom line: there's not much point in it at this time)

Absolutely possible. I can officially confirm that it's working 100% using Citrix XenServer 5.5! (Not paravirtualized yet.)
EDIT: Forget what I wrote earlier. It is possible to install Monowall inside a VM, but not using the tools (PV) yet... Sad
