Traffic Shaping

I've installed mono after about a three year hiatus and forgot just about everything in regards to configuration.

My needs are as follows:  max throughput and a dedicated pipe for games, and max throughput and a dedicated pipe for VOIP on the OPT1 interface.

Downloads and general web browsing are secondary to the above stated functions.

max speed is 1536kb down and 550kb up
