Is it correct Monowall 1.3b17 is using ISC dhcpd version 3.xx ? If this is correct, I think that this version of dhcpd is not IPv6 enable, only from version 4.x of ISC dhcpd.
I tried dhcp with IPv6 of 1.3b17 but it is not releasing IPv6 addresses to my clients.
